1. General Terms

Where duplicate accounts are identified, all related accounts will be suspended and any funds or winnings may be voided pending investigation.

57jili may require you to verify your identity at any point, including but not limited to: during account opening, prior to processing withdrawals, or when unusual activity is detected. 4. Betting Rules

By placing a bet on 57jili, you accept the specific rules that apply to that betting market, including the rules applicable to the sport, competition, or game type involved. 57jili's odds and markets are offered in good faith based on available information at the time of market creation.

All bets are final once confirmed. 57jili does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except in specific circumstances described in the dispute resolution section below. The minimum bet at 57jili is ₱20. Maximum stake limits vary by market and game type and are displayed on the betting slip at the time of placing your bet.

57jili reserves the right to:

• Void bets where a market was offered due to a technical error or manifestly incorrect odds.

• Restrict or close markets at any time before an event starts.

When investigating a dispute, 57jili will review all available data including bet records, server logs, and where applicable the official result from the relevant sporting body or game provider. 57jili's decision following investigation will be communicated to you in writing. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects any game or betting market on 57jili — including but not limited to server errors, incorrect odds display, or payment processing failures — 57jili reserves the right to void affected bets and restore accounts to their pre-error state. 57jili is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its direct control.

9. Limitation of Liability

57jili provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or results, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose beyond its stated function as a licensed online betting and gaming service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under Philippine consumer protection legislation, including Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines) to the extent applicable.
